Driving to Costco, I spotted an Bald Eagle flying West over I-405 just north of the Northeast 85th Street exit. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅

Driving to work, I spotted an huge Bald Eagle circling the I-405 just in front of the intersection at Northeast 8th Street and 116th Avenue Northeast. He was circling trying to avoid a couple of territorial crows. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅

Driving home from work, I spotted an adolescent Bald Eagle flying across I-90 from the south side to the north side of the freeway and pacing with my vehicle. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅

Driving to work, I spotted an adolescent Stellar Eagle flying across I-90 on Mercer Island and was being tormented by a couple of crows. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅

Driving home to work, I spotted a Bald Eagle flying west on the south side of the bridge…nearly pacing with my car before entering the Seattle tunnel on I-9-. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅

Neil and I went to Luther Burbank Park on Mercer Island so I could break some bone China plates in the old dairy barn remains. It is part of my art therapy to heal past traumas. After walking to the beach to smudge post the reckoning, Our pair of eagles nesting in the tall firs overlooking the point had one of the regal eagles sitting in the nest. I felt so honored to have the eagle bare witness to my healing journey. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅

Driving home from work, I spotted an adolescent Stellar Eagle sitting on the weather gauge pole in the middle of the I-90 bridge heading eastbound and the Eagle was facing north. I am so blessed and in the “FLOW”.🦅
