Driving to work northbound on 23rd Avenue, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle circling the intersection of 23rd Avenue & East Cherry Street. He was scaring a bunch of crows huddled on the rooftops of an new apartment complex under construction. 🦅
Driving to work westbound, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle perched on the railway wind gauge pole facing the north at the midspan point of the bridge. It was facing me and the wind was ruffling his white head feathers.🦅
Driving to work westbound, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle perched on the railway wind gauge pole facing the south at the midspan point of the bridge. IT was turned looking eastbound and I got to witness a beautiful profile of such a majestic bird!🦅
Driving to home eastbound on Northeast 8th Street & 124th Avenue Northeast, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle circling the King County Metro Base Pond area to the north of me. 3rd eagle sighting for today!🦅
Driving to home northbound I-405, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle circling the Mercer Slough Blueberry Farm to the west of me. 2nd eagle sighting for today!🦅
Driving to work westbound, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle perched on the new railway wind gauge pole at the midspan point of the bridge…AGAIN. I think this bird is in the “FLOW” with me!🦅
Driving northbound to work on 23rd Avenue near Garfield High School, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle circling the Swedish Hospital campus area to the west of me. 🦅
Driving to work at the intersection of Rainier Avenue South and South Jackson Street, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle circling a couple apartment buildings in South King Street area. It was originally perched on one of the building about a block from where I was sitting at a stoplight. Suddenly, it dropped off the building and began catching the updrafts in a circle around this area. 🦅
Driving to work westbound, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle perched on the new railway wind gauge pole at the midspan point of the bridge. WOW…they are huge birds and so regal.🦅
Driving home from work eastbound, I spotted a beautiful bald eagle in flight flying westbound over the eastbound lanes. I got to witness the eagles full wingspan.🦅
