  1. “Dear Heather
I am currently at Dr. Ganesh’s office. This is my monthly check up. I am so thankful that my BP’s have seemed to be tending lower. With no extremely low standing readings. I have had fewer really low standing readings. I am thankful to have my Doctor close by. I am thankful that I was able to drive today. I am thankful to be able to pick up my meds today. I am thankful that my plants in the garden are doing well.I am thankful that I have been able to start walking this month. I have been able to walk 1/4 mile each day and will continue for the rest of this month. Next month I will add on 5 minutes to my walk. This month it is 15 minutes and next month it will be 20 minutes. I am thankful to be cured of my kidney infection. I am thankful to read your gratitudes. Love

    ❤️

  2. “Mom…sounds like your health is moving back to a more positive state. So glad for you! I love that you are easing back into walking. Proud of you for your discipline to ease back into activity slowly and safely. I hope your Dr. visit goes well. I love you Mom!” (Sent 2-5-26)
